Minimum spend for get a lucky dip is $99 after any discounts are applied & exclusive of shipping charges, and valid from 9am Adelaide time 28.11.25 (orders placed prior to this will not qualify for a lucky dip). Lucky dips for online orders will be chosen at random and added into your order (no discount code needed), or draw a number in store for your lucky dip.
Lucky dips are not exchangeable or refunded. If items from your order are returned, the return value will exclude the value of your lucky dip.
Lucky dips are while stocks last for online and instore purchases.

BLACK FRIDAY PHASE #2: BUNDLE BOXES
Each bundle box is released 10am ACST from Monday 17th until Friday 21st November.
The bundle discount will automatically apply at checkout - do not place your order without the discount applying, we cannot add this retrospectively. No other discounts or store credits can be applied.
We want as many of you as possible to get a Bundle Box, so will be limiting it to 1 box per day per person at the discounted price.
Bundle Box shipping is a flat rate of $9.95 or collection is available from our Warehouse (Mile End South 5031). Sorry we cannot ship these to NZ, offer Express shipping or instore collection.
All bundles are pre packed (with love) which means no changes can be made, and we can’t add a handwritten card and make them into a gift (although they still make excellent gifts!).
If for any reason an item becomes unavailable, it may be substituted with something of a similar value.
We cannot combine your bundle box shipping with another order, items must be placed in a single order to be shipped together.
All bundle box sales are final, no returns or exchanges.

We cannot edit or change your order or order details, including combining multiple orders.
Sale orders may take additional time on top of our usual 1-4 days for us to process. We are a small team and we are working as quickly as we can.

PERSONALISED
We do not offer any return or exchange options for embroidered items.
Please check over your personalised submission for typos or mistakes, we cannot edit or change this once your order has been placed – exactly how the name is typed, will be how it is embroidered onto the overalls (including capital letters, spacing & punctuation).
Personalised orders will be shipped twice a month, from the 22nd and 6th of each month (or the following business day, if this date is a weekend or public holiday). If ordered with other non-personalised items, your entire order will be set aside and shipped together. Please place separate orders if you would like non-personalised items shipped earlier.
BUY 5 PALM PALS & GET THE 6TH FREE
Valid for a limited time only. Discount cannot be combined with other promotions, discounts or credits. Can only be applied once per order. If your items are returned, the value of the 6th Palm Pal will come off the return value.
EOS SALE T&CS
No changes can be made to orders after they are finalised. We cannot combine orders for shipping. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed due to high volumes. Fulfilment times will now be 1-2 weeks from when the sale order is placed. This should be noted.
