If the item is faulty, of course we will replace it for you! The item will need to be sent back for us for assessment before a refund is confirmed.
If you have changed your mind - that's ok!
We will happily offer you an exchange, or a store credit to be used within 3 months.
You will need to return the item to us within 7 days in original condition with all original packaging in tact, please note this is super important and we will use our discretion if this condition is not met.
For a change of mind return all subsequent shipping charges will be at your expense and you will not be eligible for any further free shipping in relation to the returned order.
Please note we do not offer refunds on incorrect sizing for clothes, Accessories and footwear. Please be sure of the size before you place your order. If the size you order is not correct we are happy to exchange it for you, with the postage costs your responsibility. Any stock returned to us must be sent with registered and tracked parcel post. We do not take any responsibility for items not received.
