Processing & Fulfilment Times
We ship orders between Monday to Friday from our Warehouse in 5031, SA.
We always aim to despatch all orders within 24 hours.
But please allow 1-4 days for fulfilment.
During peak trading times, season launches or sale periods, there may be delays on fulfilment.
Shipping Costs in Australia:
Regular Shipping - FREE for all orders over $129 and a flat rate of $9.95 for orders under.
Australia Post Express Shipping - $14.95. There may be additional charges if your order is bulky or your location is remote.
Priority Fulfilment - $14.95. Your order will skip the queue and be shipped immediately, with regular post. This might be helpful during peak or sale times.
Instore Collection from any of our locations is FREE. Please allow 1-3 business days for the order to be delivered to your local store.
Shipping to NZ is a flat rate of $19.95
INSTORE COLLECTION You will receive an email once your order is ready for collection. Orders are packed offsite and will not be ready immediately, please allow 1-4 days. You will need to present a copy of your order confirmation either as a screen shot or a print out at the time of collection.
PLEASE NOTE: If you need your order shipped and select in store Collection in error, you will incur a flat rate cost of $14.95 to have your parcel shipped, to cover administration and internal courier costs.
Additional BULKY SHIPPING costs
Some of our larger items are bulky and heavy and therefor excluded from these flat rate prices and will may additional postage charges, depending on your location.
If you purchase a bulky item, you will checkout as normal and we will contact you after with an invoice for the additional shipping.

Once your order has been fulfilled you will receive an email a confirmation with all the tracking details included.
Please double check your address is correct at checkout.
Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address and there may be additional costs for a redelivery.
To keep our rates as low as possible, we use a combination of Australia Post and couriers for all shipping.
Once we have shipped the item and it is with the shipping provider, it becomes the responsibility of the receiver.
We currently do not offer insurance on our shipping.
Whilst we will do everything in our power to assist should items become lost or damaged in transit, Daisy and Hen is not responsible for any items lost or damaged in transit. You should follow this up with the carrier.
We cannot guarantee that we are able to combine shipping on any separate orders you make, due to a combination of factors. Please note if you would like any items shipped together ensure they are in the same order. Subsequent orders made will incur separate shipping charges.
Shipping charges are exempt from discount codes. Shipping charges are not refundable.
