HOW DO I JOIN?
Either sign up in-store or using our loyalty program widget ‘Loyalty’ on the right of your screen on our website. Please note that if you've signed up in store with us and want to use your account online you will need to create an online account. When you do this it is important to use the same email address provided to our staff at the counter if you want to link this up with your in store account.
HOW DO I EARN LOYALTY POINTS?
Earn 1 point for every $1 you spend in-store or online. Each time you spend, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. There are other ways to earn loyalty points under the ‘Earn’ tab of your loyalty profile, including when you create an account, complete your profile and when it’s your birthday. Use your loyalty points to redeem rewards, or save them up to unlock even more exciting rewards.
HOW DO I CHECK MY LOYALTY POINTS BALANCE AND REDEEM REWARDS?
You can check your balance and rewards anytime by clicking ‘Loyalty' on the right side of your screen on our website. Each time you purchase in-store or online, you will receive an email with your updated loyalty points balance. From here, you can click through to your loyalty profile, where you can redeem rewards or by using our loyalty program widget 'Loyalty’ on the right of your screen.
HOW DO I USE MY REWARDS?
When you have enough points to unlock a reward, you'll be able to redeem it for a unique reward code. You can use your reward coupon during checkout. Ask our friendly staff in-store to check if any rewards are available or when shopping online just copy and paste your unique code into the Discount bar and click 'Apply'
Note: you can only use one reward code per purchase / per day. Minimum spend $20
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
-Daisy and Hen reserves the right to modify or cancel rewards at any time
- Rewards can only be redeemed once and will expire after 30 days.
- Reward points cannot be used in conjunction with any other discount code or store credit.
- Rewards cannot be earned or redeemed on any orders or purchases containing discounted items at this time
- Rewards cannot be applied retrospectively, once the transaction has been processed. Please note if your transaction has been processed your reward can not be applied or deducted or refunded to you afterwards.
- If you redeem your reward for a purchase less than the full value of the reward, the balance of the coupon is not redeemable on another purchase.
- If you return any of the items purchased with a reward, the rewards discount or value will be subtracted from the return credit
- Loyalty is not offered to trade customers or on top of staff discounts.
- Sign up points & profile points will be added to your account immediately. Bonus birthday points are only available 2 weeks after joining the program. They will credited to your account at the time of your birthday. If your birthday falls in that initial 2 week period after signing up you will not be eligible for the points until your 1 year anniversary with the program.
- Loyalty is non-transferrable. You can't gift it to someone else, but you can buy them a gift using your loyalty. You also can't exchange loyalty points for cash.
- When you spend loyalty $, you won't earn loyalty $. This means that if a transaction would normally result in loyalty rewards, but you used your loyalty discount to make the purchase, you will not earn those loyalty points.
- Subsequent orders made using loyalty rewards are not able to be combined with previous orders for shipping for purposes. Any separate orders you make will be treated as separate and shipped separately. Please ensure you select and pay for your choice of shipping for each individual order. Any orders without shipping paid, will be held until you collect from instore or pay for shipping.
- Loyalty points will expire after 6 months, on a rolling basis, if your account is inactive.
