Available in eight vibrant colours, Puffy Popcorn Pens go on like a paint; once dry, applying heat (from a hairdryer) will make the artwork puff up, crackle and pop. Requires adult supervision.

Note artwork must be dry to activate puffy effect - allow 8 hours.
